Synopsis
Ignazio Vitale is not a good man.

Karissa is a scholarship college student just trying to keep her GPA up so she can keep her scholarship. A simple thing leads her into Ignazio Vitale’s path. She knows he is not a good man right away but that doesn’t mean she isn’t attracted to him. Karissa lived a life sheltered by her mother. Her mother is over protective and a little on the crazy side. Karissa is a little naïve and a lot trusting. She is a 19 year old college student who hasn’t experienced much of life.
Ignazio Vitale or Naz is someone who is definitely dark and dangerous. He is also someone who can charm your pants off and sell them before you even notice they are gone. There are so many levels of Naz. The synopsis describes it perfectly when he goes from Naz to Ignazio to Vitale. He is so complicated. He keeps company with people who “normal” people wouldn’t dare associate with He also has a caring side, but caring in his own way. He makes you want to change him but you know you never will.
This is one of my favorite quotes from this book and I think it describes so much:
“Love means seeing the beauty in the ugly, the light in the dark, and accepting that even if the lights are off, and I can’t see what’s in front of me, there will be something there to guide my way. Love means turning yourself inside out, handing yourself over to somebody else and trusting them…trusting them to touch you, to handle you, to bend you, but never, ever break what you gave them.”

This book is full of suspense and mystery. Who is Naz really?? It kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen next. I am so excited for the next book. I NEED to know what is going to happen next and where is it going to leave Karissa and Naz. This book is so well written that it will pull you in before you even finish the prologue and you won’t want it to end.
