Review
I know I say this a lot when I review novellas, but I really wish this would have been longer. I would have liked to see a little more of Hawk and Morgan’s past, actually I would have liked to see just a little more of them in general.
The story was well written and I really liked the characters. The only thing that kind of didn’t go with the rest of the story for me is the “Daddy/Babygirl” part. This is where my want more of their past comes in. Maybe if I would have read more about their past and that was a part of it, it would have made more sense to me. It didn’t take away from the story but just didn’t quite fit for me either.
I love this author and all of her stories. The characters are always likeable and the steam is always hot! This story is no different. Morgan’s secret is a good one and I enjoyed watching Hawk figure it out.
If you like short and hot then definitely pick up this book. If the Daddy/Babygirl aspect isn’t “your thing” don’t push this book aside because it is only a small part of the book.
