BOOKED EVERY NIGHT

Claiming Holly was a quick, cute, read. The characters were great and the story was touching.

 

Holly is a single Mom. She is trying to keep a roof over her and her daughter’s heads and food in their bellies but barely making it. She is working nonstop while still going to school. She didn’t have the easiest upbringing and at 20 she became a single mother. Life is hard but she is doing her best. Her neighbor Mrs. Miller tells her about a great opportunity to make some good money.

 

Bryant is an NHL player and is a workaholic. He is focused on his career and on becoming the team captain. His agent has the idea of showing his ability to commit by bringing in a “girlfriend”. When Bryant sees Holly he is done. He is willing to do anything to have her.

 

I love what he was willing to do to win her. How protective he was of her daughter, even before he met her. They had great chemistry.
