Dear Jane is a great second chance romance. It is well written, will draw the emotions out of, it will have you rooting for the characters and wanting more of them.

Jane has done well for herself in the 10 years it has been since she has seen Weston. She has a great career that she has worked hard for and loves every second of it. She is a work-acholic but it has paid off since she is the assistant manager to the Chicago Hawks football team. Her personal life isn’t so great but there seems to be a lot that factors into that. Jane is a loving, heart of gold girl who has held onto a lot of anger and guilt over those 10 years but now she is forced to face it head on.

Weston has achieved his dreams in the last 10 years since he saw Jane. He is a successful quarterback in the pro football league. All his hard work and determination really paid off for him. Too bad they couldn’t help his personal life. When he gets traded to the Hawks, he comes face to face with the one that got away.

These two have a lot to overcome to just even become friends again. There are secrets, regrets, guilt, anger, broken hearts. My heart hurt so bad for them at times. They are great together and when the times were good they were good. The banter between them is great and even when they weren’t really speaking you knew that there is no way they couldn’t work through anything.

I am excited to get Alex’s story next!
