Ace is the first book in a series of standalones about 4 brothers who are in a band together. Ace is the youngest brother but is the lead singer of the band.

 

I liked the characters and the story was good. Typical rocker book, but still a quick good read.

 

Elizabeth Riley is working for a magazine and sent on assignment with the Band of Brothers and tasked with getting the elusive Ace Hathway to give her an interview. When she is first sent she is so scared because she is a wallflower and doesn’t like attention. She grows into herself throughout the book. It was nice to watch her come out of her shell.

 

Ace is your typical rocker who likes to sleep around d because he was hurt previously. It took me a little time but I really did end up liking him. He helped Elizabeth grow into herself. He was captivated by her from the start and was willing to go out of his comfort zone to pursue her.

 

I am curious about the other brothers and who will be their love interests. I will read the other books because the writing and characters were good.
