Review

This book is a slow sweet build with just the right amount of angst and the perfect touch of drama. R.S. Grey is a newer author to me but I have loved everything I have read of hers.

This story was just such sweet read. It was very well written with great balance. It flowed well and the characters were easy to love.

The picture the author painted of the village, the villa, the bed and breakfast were so vivid. I was able to easily create it all in my mind. It made me want to be transported there.

Georgie is such a wonderful character. She needed to find her own path in life away form family pressure and expectations. She just needed to find a place she could be herself and even discover who she really was. Georgie is someone I would love to be friends with in real life. She is the life of the party and just lovable.

Luca is a complex character that is lost. He is lost in his own world, in his grief. He is existing but not really living. It was great to read about his progression. He slowly started to come into his own and find out who he was without the stigma attached to him.

I loved reading about the slow growth from strangers to acquaintances to friends to love. It seemed very natural and real.

If you are looking for a quick, sweet read than this is perfect!
