BOOKED EVERY NIGHT

If you read Dear Jane, then you met Alexei/Alex in that book. I love the world the author creates where you can read any book by itself but you definitely get more out of them if you read them all. There are characters that overlap and once you get a glimpse of them, you will want their whole stories too.

 

Alexei is a pro football player who has a heart of gold and the capacity for great love. I loved how protective he was of Ryleigh right from the start, even before he knew about Ella. He wore his heart on his sleeve. It started off as being a protective friend but ended with so much more.

 

Ryleigh is barely living pay to pay and now add in a baby, she doesn't know what she is going to do. In steps this knight in shining armor (or football gear) and he live takes a turn for the better. Ella, came to Ryleigh in an unusual way but I loved that she stepped right in and started trying to do whatever she could to take care of her. She may not have known how to take care of a baby but she was willing to do whatever she had to. Ryleigh was just such an amazing character and her big heart was on display through the whole book.

 

This was such a sweet read and I loved every word of it.
